How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Go to the Shop screen and tap "Restore Purchase" at the bottom of the Pro upgrade card. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

My purchase didn't go through. What should I do?

Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, restart the app and try "Restore Purchase". Apple may take a few minutes to process transactions. If you were charged but Pro isn't activated, please contact us.

How do I change the language?

Echo follows your device language. Go to your iPhone Settings → General → Language & Region to change it. Echo supports 17 languages.

How do I connect to Game Center?

Make sure you're signed in to Game Center in your iPhone Settings. Echo will automatically connect when Game Center is available. Tap the Game Center button on the home screen to view leaderboards.

Does Echo show ads?

Echo shows a short interstitial ad before starting a game. Your first game each day is always ad-free, and no ads are ever shown during gameplay. Upgrading to Pro removes all ads completely.

How do I remove ads?

Purchase the Pro upgrade in the Shop to enjoy a completely ad-free experience, along with all themes, game modes, and grid sizes.

Can I reset my progress?

You can reset your progress by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Your Pro purchase will be preserved and can be restored.

Which devices are supported?

Echo requires iOS 17.0 or later. It runs on all iPhones and iPads that support iOS 17.
